Ormonde Construction was founded in 1985 by Dave Ormonde, with a vision to provide clients with a stress-free design and build process, incorporating the highest level of quality and attention to detail. We are a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in our product, our hands-on craftsmanship and the value we provide to our customers.

My son Chad and I as builders hold ourselves personally responsible for all aspects of your project. We recognize that our true success comes from the trust our clients place in us to fulfill the vision they have for their home. We enjoy working alongside you as our client through all aspects of your project watching your dream home unfold and become a reality.

We are fortunate for the strong relationships we have built with our sub-contractors who are hands-on craftsmen, take pride in their product and stand behind their work. Most of our team has been with us for over 10 years and some since our inception in ’85.  With this philosophy, we have built a lasting reputation as a premier builder in San Luis Obispo County.

+ Site Consultation

• We meet with clients on-site to discuss any development questions you may have regarding house pad size and location, home orientation, driveway and utilities installation, grading, and costs associated.
  

+ Design Consultation

• We like to work as a team with your architect to keep communication open with design and overall size of your project. This allows us to help keep a closer eye on your overall budget.

+ Full Service Builder

• At Ormonde Construction we handle all aspects of the construction phase from grading through pool and landscaping. We can also include any outbuildings, barns, utility infrastructure, etc in your build.
• As the owner, you will only be responsible for choosing your material selections, we will provide you with a timeline to ensure your project stays on track.
• We handle all component interfacing and coordinating of information with-in proper entities in addition to the scheduling of our employees and sub-contractors and ordering of materials.
