Position Overview

The Skilled Craftsman will play a key role in the successful completion of construction projects by bringing expertise, precision, and dedication to every task. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across multiple trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality construction, repair, and installation work across carpentry, framing, finishing, and other relevant trades

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

• Ensure work is completed according to safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations

• Collaborate with subcontractors, project managers, supervisors, and team members to complete tasks efficiently and on time

• Operate and maintain a variety of construction tools and equipment safely

• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, precision, and customer satisfaction

• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues on site

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a skilled craftsman in the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices

• Proficiency in carpentry, woodworking, or other specialized trades

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and effectively

• Strong understanding of safety guidelines and OSHA standards

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
